This was a consented job, so regular council checks at all stages of Contruction. Good communication and programming of sub-trades was required to keep the project on track and within the expected time frame.
This job involved completely renovating two existing bathroom in an older villa in Remuera. Due to the age of the house there was a significant amount of re-leveling, straightening and additional framing required to achieve floor and wall frames suitable for extensive tiling used in both rooms.
The end result was two high quality bathrooms, with a very high level of finish and using top of the line fittings . The owners were extremely happy with end result
