An older multi-story house in Epsum had extensive plans to alter the rear of the house. This involved excavating into the sloping ground behind to gain more area for the house. Then we removed an addition to the house at the rear, so we could build a completely new extension. This extension involved the use of blockwork, steel portals, new rafters and framing. there were many different level’s and area’s that needed to be connected.
