This job followed on previous work at the property where we converted a garage attached to the front of the house into two new rooms, a boot room and toilet.
The project involved work at both ends of the house, one end at a time to allow the owners to stay living in the house.
One end involved an extension to create 2 new bedrooms and also a re-arrangement of the internal rooms to create a new en-suite and better layout.
At the other end the lounge and kitchen area was opened up using 4 steel beams to create an open plan area so kitchen and lounge/dining became one open area. Indoor /outdoor flow was improved by installing two large stacking door sets opening this area up to the deck and garden. A new kitchen was installed along with custom made built in seating.
The entire house was also re-roofed, changing from concrete tile to longrun coloursteel.
